1. What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., while check-out must be between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. If you expect to arrive at a different time, please let us know in advance.

2. Will I be charged at the time of booking?

Generally, a credit card is only required as a guarantee.

Only in the case of a prepaid (non-refundable) rate is 100% of the booking amount required via bank transfer. In this case, no cancellations, changes or refunds are permitted.

3. What are the cancellation terms?

Special offers and rates may have different cancellation terms, so please check these when booking.

4. Are the flats equipped with air conditioning?

Yes, all flats have air conditioning in the bedrooms. 

5. What languages do you speak?

We speak Italian, English and French.

6. Do you have parking?

Yes, you can park your car for free at the entrance to the building.

It is a private outdoor space.

7. Do you have an internet connection?

Of course, Wi-Fi is free in all apartments.

8. Do you accept pets?

We are sorry, but we do not accept guests with pets.

9. Do you organise transfers?

Of course, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

10. Do you offer laundry service?

The property provides guests with an outdoor washing machine for shared use, available on a self-service basis.

11. How can I make a booking for a group of several rooms?

For group bookings, we suggest you contact us directly.

We will be happy to offer you the best solution.

12. What are the pool opening hours?

The swimming pool is open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm to ensure all guests can enjoy moments of relaxation and tranquillity. For everyone's safety, we ask that children be accompanied and supervised by their parents or a responsible adult at all times when using the pool area.

  • Check-in from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Check-out from 8:00 to 10:00
  • Early check-in (subject to availability), please let the property know your arrival time in advance (Reception not open 24 hours a day)

  • Please note that there is a surcharge of €20 for check-in between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM and €30 for check-in between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM (all late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the property).

  • Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in.

  • Children of all ages are welcome

  • Children aged 0 to 6 years old will stay for free, while children aged 7 and over will pay the same as adults.

  • Cots and extra beds are not available

  • Pets not permitted

  • A security deposit of €250 is required upon arrival. You will need to pay this in cash and will receive a refund upon check-out.

  • The deposit will be refunded in full in cash ONLY after the condition of the accommodation has been checked.
